ICED Accommodation Information

ICED events and activities are accessible to people with disabilities pursuant to the requirements of federal and state law. ICED meetings are held in person and via video conference at designated locations.

Requests for reasonable accommodations based on disability must be made no later than two weeks prior to each meeting. Please view the full meeting schedule and contact ICED as soon as possible with pertinent dates and details regarding the type of reasonable accommodation needed.

ICED cannot guarantee timely accommodation for late requests, but will make every effort to accommodate on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date the request is submitted.​
